Is it possible to get a partial payout?

Unfortunately, we aren't currently able to do this. This means that all invoices must be settled in full. We can, however, generate schedules for you and settle each invoice accordingly.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

You can do this, but only if the withdrawal status is still pending. If it is, please contact support@tcc.digital and they will be happy to assist you in cancelling your withdrawal.

My customer has overpaid. How do I process a crypto refund?

We automatically include a refund form on our initial invoice once your payment has been approved. In most cases, you won't need to do anything. However, if you experience any difficulties, please contact support@tcc.digital. When contacting us, please inform us that the customer will be in touch and include any relevant details. Once we've spoken to them, we'll settle their refund directly and send a confirmation statement to both you and the customer.

Why does an invoice expire after 15 minutes?

At TCC, we want to ensure the satisfaction of you and your customer. The 15-minute window allows us to protect our merchants and their customers from any market movement. We fix the price the moment the invoice is generated. This ensures that the seller gets the correct amount due for their goods or service and that customers don't encounter any problems when paying, should market prices fluctuate.

Can I disable altcoin payments?

Yes, you can. You're able to select the currencies you’d like to accept and change these at any time. If you’d like the currency type amended on your invoice, contact support@tcc.digital who will be happy to help. Once this has been amended, we will send you a confirmation email to ensure your request was completed successfully.
